"I wanted to let everyone reading the web site how great your service is. Iain and Kathy used to look after our little dog, Jodie, until she died last year. They hadn't known her long but were as upset as we were at our loss. She was with them when she took a turn for the worst and they cared for her until we could get to her and take her home. She died within a couple of days and then we used Iain to help us with the cremation - which he did with great care and compassion. We haven't had the courage to get another dog yet, but we still keep in touch by email. Its great to see the comments and know that other people appreciate what you do as much as we do"
